To be considered for this role, you will need the following

Support Workers:

• QQI level 5 – Care Skills and Care of the Older Person completed
• Be willing to complete the full QQI Level 5 – Healthcare Support within 2 years.
• Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Good attitude to work and passionate about supporting people.
• Full Driver’s Licence required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver’s Licence.
• None drivers are accepted
• Undergo garda vetting (we cover the cost of this)

Social Care Workers: Level 7/ 8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline.

• Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.

• Be a registered Nurse on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

• Thorough understanding of all facets of Medication Management.

• Awareness of individual needs.

• Background in Nursing within a related area.

• Experience in providing care support to others.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to perform well under pressure.

• Ability to work independently.

• Eagerness to learn.

• Dependable with a flexible attitude toward work.

• Good organisational and IT abilities.

• Self-driven and proactive.
